The WAECO CoolFreeze VER.B fridge/freezer range is designed for Australian conditions, featuring a Smart Danfoss integrated AC kompressor and unique VMSO technology. The highly advanced technology makes for excellent cooling performance and also less wear and tear on the components.

So what is VMSO?
VMSO (Variable Motor Speed Optimisation) is a unique technology, which enables the adjustment of compressor speed depending on the existing and set temperature. VMSO driven Soft Start and Turbo functions result in extremely rapid cooling until reaching the set temperature as well as efficiently maintaining it, even in fluctuating ambient conditions, giving WAECO CoolFreeze the edge over the competition
Take the Simpson desert - 40 degrees in the day, but below 0 degrees at night - CoolFreeze VER.B will not freeze your food and drinks overnight, but will maintain the temperature with its 'set and forget' climatic temperature controls.
VMSO In specific…
VMSO gives the kompressor a soft and power-saving start at 2500 rpm. If the preset temperature is not reached within a short period of time, or a temperature colder than -12˚C has been set, the turbo cooler switches on automatically to boost the kompressor speed to 3000rpm. As soon as the preset temperature up to -12˚C has been reached, the system switches back to economy mode (except if a temperature below has been set). The outcome: fast yet economical cooling from +10˚C to -18˚C.
CoolFreeze VER.B also have Smart Danfoss Integrated AC...
Specifically integrated into CF VER.B, the kompressor has a built-in, Danfoss manufactured rectififier, which converts 240V AC to the DC required to run the kompressor. This improvement is more efficient and reliable than older technology that required external power adaptors.
